Alexandria's Story

Alexandria concentrates her practice serving individuals and businesses in areas including complex litigation, insurance defense, small business law, domestic law, and municipality law. During her time with Gatlin Voelker, Alexandria has gained experience litigating matters on behalf of businesses and individuals. Alexandria has successfully advocated for her clients regarding various issues including: personal injury, custody disputes, contested divorces, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts, evictions, criminal matters, contract disputes, construction litigation, business torts, and real estate litigation. In addition to litigation, Alexandria also helps her clients with estate planning and starting businesses.

Prior to joining Gatlin Voelker, Alexandria was employed as a Staff Attorney for the 54 Judicial District serving Boone and Gallatin Counties. As a Staff Attorney, Alexandria aided the Circuit Court in ruling on numerous civil matters and criminal felonies. During her time at Salmon P. Chase Law School, Alexandria participated in the Constitutional Litigation Clinic where she aided her clients in navigating to Federal Court System to bring claims Constitutional Claims. Alexandria also interned with the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor Office where she completed several trials. Alexandria is a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and serves as the Treasurer of the young Lawyers Section.

Alexandria grew up in a small town in West Virginia and attended the University of Kentucky for her undergraduate degree. During her time at UK, Alexandria met her husband and fellow Gatlin Voelker Associate Attorney, Sebastian Torres. Alexandria then attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law and now resides in Boone County with Sebastian and their two dogs, Zax and Rupp.
