Josh Panter is an associate attorney at Gatlin Voelker, PLLC. Josh’s primary areas of practice include commercial transactions, real estate, and complex litigation. His experience includes assisting businesses in significant corporate events such as formation (including for non-profit entities), business sales and acquisitions, and mergers. Moreover, Josh excels in fighting for clients in complicated commercial disputes.
Josh grew up in Gainesville, Georgia, and attended Marshall University in West Virginia as an undergraduate. During his time at Marshall University, Josh met his wife, Brittany Panter. Josh graduated from Marshall University with a B.A. in Political Science, graduating Cum Laude. After graduating from Marshall University, Josh and Brittany moved to the Cincinnati area where Josh attended the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, and Brittany began working as a special education teacher in the area. During law school, Josh gained valuable experience working as an intern for the Honorable Judge Metz at the Hamilton County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas, and the Immigration & Refugee Law Center located in Cincinnati. In addition, Josh, during law school, had joined the Gatlin Voelker team as a law clerk where he developed his legal skills and knowledge working under the guidance of Jack Gatlin and Brandon Voelker. In May of 2022, Josh earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. That same month, Josh and Brittany also started a family together as they had a baby girl, Adalaide.
Josh and his family currently reside in the Northern Kentucky area. Josh is excited to raise a family and build his practice in the Northern Kentucky area. Josh loves the area as much of the area reminds him a lot of his rural upbringing in Georgia. Moreover, Josh enjoys Cincinnati where on many nights you will find Josh and his family at FC Cincinnati soccer games. In addition to watching FC Cincinnati, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and watching his Georgia Bulldogs win national championships.
