Oliver's Story

Oliver completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown College and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville. While in law school, he served as a clerk for Judge Ann Bailey Smith, who presides over the 30th Judicial Circuit, Division 13 in Louisville, Kentucky, and gained experience as a law clerk at Abell Attorneys. Upon graduating in 2021, Oliver joined Abell Attorneys as an associate attorney. His primary focus involves representing individuals in claims against companies and governments for federal and state employment law violations, including issues such as hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and discrimination. In addition to employment law, Oliver handles diverse legal matters, such as contract disputes, landlord/tenant issues, and other areas of law. He holds licenses to practice law in the state of Kentucky, as well as in the federal Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, and the Southern District of Indiana. Oliver is dedicated to advocating vigorously for the rights of his clients, employing a strategic approach tailored to define their interests and achieve successful outcomes.
